Job Announcement for Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning Officer - Al-Fajr Youth Association Gaza Strip

- Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or any relevant field.

- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation.
- Experience in designing data collection tools and analyzing them using quantitative and qualitative methods (ODK – SPSS – Power BI – Excel – Kobo Toolbox).
- Good knowledge of accountability principles, humanitarian standards, and data management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Preferred:
- Previous experience working with international organizations and funded projects.
- Knowledge of protection principles and Safeguarding policies.
- Experience in emergency and humanitarian response projects.
