The management of AlFajr Palestinian Youth Association, represented by its Chairman, Mr. Saleh Al-Astal, participated in a bazaar showcasing products from economic empowerment initiatives supported by the Women’s Affairs Center in Deir Al-Balah.
The bazaar was organized as part of the Economic Empowerment Project for displaced women and men under the slogan: “We Took on the Challenge… We Produced… We Excelled.” It aimed to showcase the participants’ products, highlight their productive and creative capacities, improve their access to the local community, and support the sustainability of their small businesses.
During the event, Mr. Saleh Al-Astal reviewed the products and initiatives on display and listened to the participants’ experiences and the challenges they face amid the difficult humanitarian and economic conditions affecting the people of the Gaza Strip.
This participation reflects Al-Fajr Palestinian Youth Association’s commitment to supporting entrepreneurs and encouraging them to continue working, producing, and persevering despite existing challenges by investing in their skills, developing their capacities, and strengthening their small businesses.
The Association emphasized the importance of economic empowerment programmes in promoting self-reliance, creating income-generating opportunities for displaced women and men, and strengthening the resilience of Palestinian families under the current circumstances.
